I was in Rome for the finish of the Giro d'Italia in 2009; please excuse the abundance of Ivan Basso pictures. I'm a total fangirl. Also please forgive the slant on many of the race pictures; it was every man for himself along the barriers, & I was leaning over the railing... I was more concerned with focusing on riders than with where the horizon line was, apparently. Oops.
