sign-in area

When we showed up at the sign-in area, there was a guy behind the fence in a wheelchair - from which he really couldn't see much. After awhile, the officials invited him to move to the other side of the fences, so his friends hoisted his chair and then him over the fence. He got to sit there the rest of the time, which I thought was pretty cool.
